Delivery & production
Every work is printed after you order, with tracked Australian delivery included in the price.
Made to order
Unframed prints are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days. For custom framed works, please allow up to 3 weeks for production before dispatch. These are production estimates; delivery transit time follows dispatch.
Australian delivery
Complimentary tracked delivery is included for Australian addresses. Your tracking details are provided when your work is dispatched. If you need a work for a particular date, contact the studio before ordering so we can discuss the timing.
International enquiries
International delivery is quoted separately and is currently available for unframed works only. Contact the studio with your location and the work you are considering before placing an order.
If your delivery arrives damaged
Please contact the studio as soon as you notice damage, with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the work and packaging. Keep the packaging while we assess what happened and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this process.
